The VM-ZOOM40 is an assembly type microscope unit that has

drastically improved operability and the quality of visual images by

combining the main unit, which has a high-magnification

zooming system, with a newly developed high-resolution

objective, which has a long working distance. If the VM-ZOOM40

is used with an analysis prober and various other laser repair

equipment, it will greatly aid in development, manufacturing, and

inspection of semiconductors and LCD panels.
